Studio of one · product owner + operations director

I find where a business loses money and time - and close it with a working product.

25 years in business, 10+ years in IT, 5+ years operations director at an international fintech - top 5 in the world in its niche. I engage as a product owner with engineering execution: processes, architecture, unit economics - personally. I solve the stated pains and the blind spots the team doesn't see from inside.

I take tasks from any part of the IT plane.

Not focused on one product type. I come in from whichever side needs one person with real accountability for outcomes: architecture, product, engineering, unit economics, releases - personally.

Internal ops systems
When off-the-shelf CRM / ERP stops fitting your ops, I build an internal admin hub where support, finance, and sales live. Particularly strong here: it's my daily COO work.
Web and web apps
Landing page, corporate site, or full SaaS platform. With product ownership, unit economics, SEO and localisation built in - not «just a site».
Mobile and Telegram Mini Apps
Native iOS / Android, cross-platform, Telegram Mini Apps. From UX research to publishing. With payments via Telegram Stars and regional acquirers per market.
AI agents and AI products
AI product where the unit economics were priced from day 0. Provider-agnostic LLM gateway, clear cost per request, sober free tier. No «AI for AI's sake».
Process digitalisation
An internal product that closes the gaps between systems. I take off managers the routine where hours and unreconciled payments quietly leak for years.
CRM, ERP, integrations
amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot and custom. Integrations with telephony, messengers, marketplaces, banks. Turn the CRM into a tool that actually works for the team.

Three formats of work.

It doesn't have to be «let's build a product» from day one. You can start small and safe - with a diagnostic where I find where money and time leak. What comes next follows the result.

01 · Diagnostic

Ops diagnostics

I go through processes, money and tools end to end: where time leaks, where money gets stuck, what managers do by hand for nothing. Output - a map of the gaps and blind spots, a fix plan prioritised by money, and 2-3 quick wins.

Weeks, not months · fixed
The plan stays with you, even if we don't work together after.
02 · Build

Product turnkey

I engage as a product owner with engineering execution - personally. Internal ops systems, Telegram apps, AI products, CRM / ERP / billing integrations. From architecture to release and handover.

4-8 weeks to first release
03 · Retainer

Fractional COO / CTO

Long-term ownership of product and process: hiring, unit economics, release cycles, operational KPIs. For companies that need a technical and operational leader without a staff seat.

Monthly

The industry is context. The gaps are the same.

What I usually find when I go through operations end to end. Each item is from a real project, not a hypothesis.

I run a project as if it were my own business.

The main difference from a typical dev team: I'm not «an executor of your spec». A quarter-century in business and an operations-director role at an international fintech (top 5 in the world in its niche) give a rare combo - I understand product architecture, unit economics and operational KPIs at the same time.

One product owner
instead of an agency with five roles.

No account-manager layer

In an agency you talk to a manager, who talks to a tech lead, who talks to developers. With me you talk to me - I'm the one making the call. No «let me check with the team and get back Tuesday».

I see the blind spots - a cross-market eye

You have pains, but you also have blind spots. I've been through sales, restaurants, manufacturing, marketplaces, fintech - and I see analogies nobody inside a single industry notices. I find where money and time leak, and propose what the internal team can't see.

I think like a shareholder, not a contractor

I run the project through unit economics, legal, ops, hiring. If I see the task in this shape will kill your unit math or hit a regulator wall - I'll say it up front, not at the release stage.

25 years in business, 5+ as operations director

As a hired exec and as an owner. Five years as operations director at an international fintech - top 5 in the world in its niche, a 50+ team. I know first-hand which tools actually unload an executive - because I use them every day myself.

A narrow circle of trusted partners

Not an agency, not outsourcing. I pull in specialists per task: design, ML / data, infrastructure, marketing. Targeted matching per project, no overhead.

What the work looks like.

No «send a spec, we'll come back with an estimate». A transparent path from the first message to a product in production.

01

30-minute call

We discuss the task. I tell you honestly whether it's mine and where the first win is. If it isn't mine, I'll say so.

02

Diagnostics

I go through the processes end to end. Output - a map of pains and blind spots with numbers, not a «general impression».

03

Plan

Priorities by money, unit economics, key forks agreed. After that, it's on me.

04

Releases in waves

Every 2-4 weeks something works in production and is measured. No «you'll see it all at the end».

05

Handover

Documentation, handover, support as agreed. The product stays manageable without me.

What I'm open to right now.

Four situations where I'm the right person. If your case isn't on the list but the task is IT-shaped and not an agency contract, write. Experience from adjacent markets usually transfers directly.

Operations head or owner whose ops lives in the gaps between CRM, ERP, and billing

Managers ping engineering multiple times a day, finance sees totals a month late, failed charges pile up unnoticed. I build an internal admin hub where support, finance, and sales live. Support closes 80-90% of manager-level operations itself, no escalation needed.

Marketplace seller or B2B team losing signals inside WB, Ozon, or amoCRM

The team spends half the day checking dashboards and misses what actually drives revenue. I build a product where signals come to the team - in Telegram, with a one-tap action ready. Fits sales teams, marketplace sellers, dispatch desks at service companies.

Expert running individual client work: doctor, trainer, nutritionist, therapist, coach

You hand the client a protocol, a program, or a plan - and the client forgets it, loses it, doesn't do it between visits. I build a platform where the client sees «what to do now», ticks off completion, logs how they feel. The expert gets structured reports instead of storytelling. Client loyalty goes up, the expert gets a measurable picture per client.

Founder at pre-product or MVP, without a CTO

You have funding and a hypothesis, no product yet. I come in as a product owner with engineering execution; if the team has no technical leader yet, I also take a fractional CTO or co-founder mode. I own architecture, engineering, hiring, and unit economics - including AI-first products where the cost of each request has to be priced from day one.

Asked often in the first message.

Short answers to common questions. More detail - on a 30-minute Telegram call.

How deep is your experience, and what have you already built?
25 years in business, 10+ years in IT, 5+ years as operations director at an international fintech (top 5 worldwide, 50+ team). The portfolio holds 30+ products shipped to production, 10 of them public — e.g. LensIQ (608 companies, ~700 decision-makers, 42 countries), Konsilion (105 AI advisor personas), Astrolab (5 languages). Payments — 8+ providers in production (Stripe, Telegram Stars, CloudPayments, Yookassa, Tinkoff, Sber, SBP).
What does it cost and what's the engagement model?
Depends on shape. Fixed scope for a diagnostic or a short release, monthly retainer for the long ones (product ownership, support, fractional COO / CTO), equity or a mix for co-founder work. Actual numbers we discuss on the first call after I understand the task: throwing out an «average price» without context is dishonest - my portfolio includes projects from 5K to 100K+.
How long from start to first release?
The diagnostic - weeks, not months. For a focused task with a clear goal - 4-8 weeks to the first useful release, then iterations. For a big ops overhaul or a new product - 3-4 months to the first version in production.
How many projects do you take in parallel?
As many as I can run with real engagement. I show up as a product owner, not a contractor - that means real time for your context and ownership of decisions. The number isn't the goal: fewer means deeper. For your specific task, we'll discuss whether there's room right now.
Will you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes, any format - your template or mine. Part of my portfolio is under NDA; this is a normal mode of work for me. What exactly is under NDA right now - I'll share on a 30-minute call.
Do you build alone or with a team?
I'm the single point of accountability. I bring in vetted partners per task: design, ML / data, infra, marketing. Not an agency, not outsourcing - surgical picks.
Do you take a CTO or co-founder role at a startup?
If the team has no technical leader yet, yes - I can come in as fractional CTO or co-founder with equity (we discuss equity, accountability, format). But my primary role is product owner: I run the product end-to-end, not just the technical layer. When the product matures and you need a full-time CTO, I help hire and hand over.
Which industries are closest?
Fintech (5+ years as operations director in an international company - top 5 in the world in its niche), marketplaces (WB / Ozon / Yandex.Market), AI / SaaS, fitness and EdTech, b2b operations. Adjacent-market experience transfers directly.
Can you build a Telegram app on top of an existing web product?
Yes. I have two Telegram apps in production (EODHD, Anvil) and one product where the Telegram app works as an equal companion to the desktop web.
What payment providers do you cover?
Stripe, Telegram Stars (XTR), CloudPayments, Yookassa, Tinkoff, Sber, SBP, direct Visa/MC, regional acquirers. Auto-detect by locale, no user choice.

Any modern stack.

Not tied to one ecosystem. I pick the stack for the task, the budget and the client's team - not for my own convenience. Below are the categories I work with in production.

Backend & databases

Python, Node, PHP, Go - chosen by load and team. Any database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, Mongo), caches, queues, workers. Microservices or monolith - by situation.

Frontend & mobile

Any modern framework - Svelte, React, Vue, Next, Astro. Mobile - native iOS / Android, Flutter, React Native. Telegram and VK Mini Apps - particular strength.

AI & data

Any LLM through a unified gateway - Claude, GPT, Gemini, local. RAG, embeddings, voice (Whisper / TTS), AI agents. I cost-model every request in advance - not «burn tokens».

Payments & billing

All major providers - Stripe, PayPal, Telegram Stars, regional acquirers per market. Stable billing, subscriptions, disputes, partner payouts.

Integrations

CRM - amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce. Messengers - Telegram, WhatsApp, VK. Analytics - GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude. ERP and custom APIs from any vendor.

Infrastructure & i18n

Deploy on any infrastructure - yours or ours. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, backups. Localisation with no limit on the number of languages, RTL, any currencies and formats.

Tell me the task.
The rest is on me.

Startup, SMB, mid-market, enterprise - equally calm with pre-product and 50+ engineer legacy. If a task isn't mine - I'll say so honestly.
