Sales-ops · NDA · Telegram + voice + amoCRM

Voice assistant for a sales and install team: fireplaces, saunas, hammams.

Telegram app and bot for a company that sells and installs premium fireplaces, saunas and hammams. The rep dictates by voice - a task or a new deal with a contact is created in amoCRM by itself. Morning digest for the head, an AI hot-deal detector, a traffic-light view of the whole base, «Nudge» with auto-reminders. A separate track for installers: sites, steps, photos - no CRM seats. Under NDA.

- The problem

Between a call with a client and the CRM record - there's always a gap.

A rep finishes a conversation, sits at the desk, forgets to enter something. The director assembles the pipeline picture by hand every morning. The installer on site never opens the CRM at all - what they did is learned by hearsay. «Stuck» deals surface at every meeting - but nobody knows where exactly the revenue is leaking.

Pain 01
Reps can't keep CRM updated
On an active shift - dozens of conversations. Filling a card after each one is physically impossible. Some live in memory, some on paper, some - nowhere. Deals slip in the moment when nobody remembers them.
Pain 02
The morning picture is assembled by hand
The head walks the pipeline every morning: what's new, what's stuck, who has overdue tasks. By stand-up time, some data is already stale - reps have moved on.
Pain 03
Installers fall out of the system
The field worker has no CRM seat and no reason to learn the interface. Drove out, measured, delivered, installed - all of it stays in a chat or in their head. The director can't see the site's status, and photos from the install get lost in personal chats.
Pain 04
Promises to the client - on a verbal commitment
«I'll call you back Wednesday at 14:00» - the promise hangs in the rep's head. If they forget, nobody reminds. The client won't remember either. The warm contact cools in a week.

A bot the rep talks to - and the CRM updates itself.

Not a separate interface to log into. A voice command in Telegram - and the task is in the right deal under the right rep. The installer runs their sites in the same place. The morning digest arrives by itself.

Voice or text - in one bot
The rep dictates on the go: «called Ivanov, discussed a discount, calling back Wednesday 14:00». The bot recognises speech, finds the right deal, sets the task on the right date - the rep confirms with one button. Complex scenarios - «new deal, contact with a phone number and a follow-up» - parse from a single phrase; name collisions resolve themselves.
Reply to a notification - straight into the deal
The bot sent a task - the rep replies right to that message, by voice or text. The comment lands as a note in the right amoCRM deal. Nobody «enters it later».
Installers work in Telegram - with no CRM seat
The field worker never opens amoCRM. In the Telegram app they have a site card: address, contact, spec - no money, no other people's deals. Steps «Drove out → Measured → Delivered → Installed» in one tap: each step is logged in the CRM and notifies the director. Photos from the site land straight in the amoCRM deal card.
Morning digest at 09:00
The director gets a ready picture of the day in Telegram: pipeline value, open deals, site surveys, overdue tasks, top stuck deals. Not «open amoCRM» - the day in one message.
Hot deals caught by AI - at the moment of the event
A deal changes stage - AI scores its «temperature», and if it's hot, the director gets a push right away, not at the next stand-up. In parallel, a stuck-deal scanner runs every 30 minutes: silence thresholds per stage, priority to high-value deals.
«Nudge» - with auto-reminders instead of arguments
The director taps «Nudge» - the rep gets an urgent 2-hour task. No reaction - the bot reminds by itself, every two hours, up to three times. Silence after the third - alert to the director. Discipline without micromanagement.
Traffic light across the whole base
🟢 alive, 🟡 worrying, 🔴 abandoned - by days of silence per deal. The director sees the entire base on one screen and archives the abandoned in bulk. The «no deal without an active task» rule is enforced by the bot itself.

Five blocks that work as one product.

Each block removes one type of routine - from a rep, an installer, or the director. All linked through amoCRM and the unified client.

/ 01
Voice input with context
Recognised speech is parsed by a model that knows the team, the pipeline stages and the active deals - so «set Sergey a task on Ivanov for Wednesday» lands where it should. AI spend is capped monthly.
/ 02
The field track
Sites at delivery/install stages + manual pinning. Steps and photos go straight into the deal. Money and documents are invisible to the installer - filtered on the server, not in the UI.
/ 03
Digest and reminders
Digest at 09:00, task reminders 15 minutes before the deadline, overdue escalation in batches: an hour, three, a day, a week - one message to the director, not spam.
/ 04
Discipline without arguments
«Nudge» = a note in the deal + an urgent task + auto-reminders every 2 hours (up to three) → alert to the director. Plus the «no deal without an active task» control.
/ 05
Reliable sync
amoCRM webhooks with dedup protection, reconciliation every 30 minutes plus a nightly full pass, careful API limits. The bot's picture never drifts from the CRM.
- Outcome

What changed in the team's work.

2 weeks
From the first line of code to a working product: voice, digest, traffic light, field track - 16,000 lines, 10 app screens.
09:00
The day's picture arrives to the director by itself - pipeline, overdue, stuck deals. Instead of a manual morning assembly.
0 silent urgent tasks
After a «Nudge» the bot reminds by itself - every two hours, up to three times. Then the director is in the loop. A warm lead doesn't cool silently.
