Customers write in their language, you answer in yours. Even from Telegram, without opening a laptop.
An own support chat in place of Intercom or Freshchat, with no per-agent fee. A customer's message is translated on arrival, the answer goes out in the customer's language, and you can reply straight from Telegram. AI suggests replies and fixes the tone, and the customer's plan and payments from the CRM sit next to the conversation. It runs in two installations: AYFI (8 languages, web and Telegram) and the support desk of an international fintech, which moved its Freshchat history over — 44,180 conversations. The «Discuss your task» button on this site opens the same chat.
Customers write in five languages, and support is one person with a phone.
Off-the-shelf chats charge per agent, sell AI as a separate line and keep your conversation history on their side. For a small team that is expensive, for a big one it is clumsy: the customer in one tab, their payments in another, a translator in a third.
One chat for the site, the app and Telegram — in the language of everyone who writes in it.
Not a chat written from scratch, but a mature open-source engine with targeted changes for how support actually works: translation, Telegram, AI and customer data right in the conversation.
Translation: Does it go into this quarter's 303?
Translation: We need a chat with translation for our support, can we discuss it?
Messages arrive in Telegram, you answer with a reply
The bot sends every new message from the site to your personal Telegram, already translated. You reply in your own language, and the answer goes to the same chat in the customer's language. No need to open a laptop.
Edit an answer in Telegram and it changes for the customer too. The full panel opens as a mini app from the bot's menu.
A mature engine, targeted changes and AI where it saves time.
Writing a chat from scratch is a year of work and endless maintenance. Here the base is Chatwoot, an open-source support platform, and everything a business needs on top of it is done with small changes that survive upgrades.
Live since October 2026: AYFI, this site and a fintech's support desk.
What it looks like.
The real chat interface. Customers, messages and subscriptions on the screens are made up.
Need your own support chat rather than one more subscription?
Tell me how many requests you get, which languages your customers write in and where their data lives. I will look into it and suggest what to connect now and what later.
